Bulgaria's Centrists Woo MEP Votes with Energy Drink, Flashing Badge

Hoping to woo younger voters to the polling stations on May 20, Bulgaria's centrist Simeon II National Movement (SIINM) showed their pre-election bag of tricks.

A special energy drink titled VOTE and flashing badges produced in China are among the freebies that the party will offer at its campaign events for the MEP elections.

State Administration Minister Nikolay Vassilev tested the energy drink himself, explaining that the recipe was provided for free by a party member who invented it.

Singer Doni has created a song for the centrists titled "Let's change the world" especially for the campaign. Its lyrics are written on the label of the VOTE bottle.
