The Deputy Sofia Municipality Mayor on health care, social activities and disabled people's integration Irina Papancheva was awarded the Social Manager of the Year prize for 2006.
The competition was organized by Bulgaria's Human Recourses and Eurointegration Foundation and "Human Resources" magazine.
The winner was bestowed a certificate and a plaque for her cooperation in improving the work conditions in the centers, which provide social services in Sofia.
