US Ambassador to Bulgaria John Beyrle and the anchor of a successful culinary show Uti Bachvarov cooked a tasty dish in the first day, dedicated to the American Cuisine in Sofia on Saturday.
The two chefs fried a beefsteak, pour some ketchup, bourbon and Worcester sauces on it and added a garnish of potatoes and mustard.
HE John Beyrle put on a black apron to cook also several other delicacies typical for his country.
"The delicious food and nice drinks draw together people from different cultures," the ambassador said.
The initiative is organized by Sofia Mall and will continue for few more days.
