Bulgaria's Supreme Administration Court decided Monday that professionals should do a technical expertise for delimiting the frontiers of the Natural Park of Strandzha. Why is that?

Because "Crash 2000" Company built illegally a hotel complex on the park's territory and if the frontiers are not delimited, the complex will end up demolished. Of course, hearing the news, owners of the site immediately got acute pains in the chest and rushed to complain. But not to the nearest medical specialist.

The fact is that this is not the first case of illegal building on the territory of preserved areas in Bulgaria. The number is much bigger; still none of the unlawful buildings has been wiped out of the face of the parks.

Previously I was convinced the eco-activists have completely lost their mind while protesting in an umpteen eccentric ways just to make somebody include more territories in the NATURA 2000 program. Now I'm convinced that not only the constructions must be demolished, but the ones who by some private whim decided to build them and the ones from "above" who let them do it must be forced by law give their lives for the preservation of vegetal and animal species threatened by extinction.

If they find the measures too harsh, let's make them plant trees, bushes, herbs, ferns and mosses and breed any animal from the smallest unicellular creature to the biggest animal that lives on the territory of Bulgaria.
