CROWD IN SOFIA: `OFF WITH SOFIYANSKI!`

A group of some 50 or so UDF supporters blocked `Rakovski` Street, in front of the UDF seat and shouted against Sofya mayor Stefan Sofyanski and media today. A well-informed source reported by Standart daily also added that UDF Executive body had been discussing the exclusion of Stefan Sofiyanski from the UDF. Although UDF deputy chief Dimiter Abadzhiev denied the information. Throughout the day UDF fans were heard to hysterically shout: `Off with Bakardzhiev!`, (UDF Sofia leader, former Deputy PM)`Off with Sofiyanski!`, `Nasty journalists!`. Sofia mayor Sofiyanski was an interim prime minister before Ivan Kostov and is consider as close King`s friend or at least sympathizing the King. He also started slightly criticizing UDF for losing elections. After a 9-hour-long sitting UDF Executive body decided to discuss the election results on June 26. Leaving the building of the UDF seat executive body members Nadezhda Mihailova, Mouravei Radev, Mario Tagarinski, Mihail Mihailov and Rositsa Totkova were explaining to the people that there had been no threat for Kostov`s resignation.
