Bulgaria's Turkish ethnic Movement for Rights and Freedoms party is sure to get three MEP seats on the forthcoming votes, party's leader Ahmed Dogan announced Friday.
The party will try to win another, fourth seat, Dogan said before the central committee, who discussed criteria for MEP candidates.
The criteria are as follows: the candidates must be fully acquainted with the European institutions and to be ready to defend Bulgaria's national interests. The y must also be liberal and tolerant and to have good professional experience.
It will be an honour for MRF to show Bulgaria's potential is sufficient, Doganov added.
"We'll do our best to appoint a Bulgarian to the most eligible place in the list," Doganov explained.
