Bulgarian scientists claim they have calculated the exact date of the Genesis Flood.
Oceanographer Petko Dimitrov says that the great flood took place exactly on February 17, 7575 years ago. Dimitrov says he has scientific evidence to prove it, but admits he has so far only concurred his research with God, Standart daily reported.
To mark the anniversary, scientists who support the theory of US professor Robert Ballard, who looked for Noah's Ark in the waters of the Black Sea, will gather on February 17 in Varna at the seaside.
Ballack claimed he had found the Ark lodged in the ice at Mount Ararat.
