Ice-Skating World Champions' Show Sold Out in Sofia

The new ice-skating show of world champions Albena Denkova and Maxim Staviski has been sold out for hours, SNA learned.

Called Ice SIMpathy, the show is sponsored by mobile operator vivatel and will take place on February 4.

The thousand tickets on sale in the Winter Palace in Sofia, where the show will be held, were sold out in just three hours on Tuesday.

The bulk of the tickets were selling at the National Palace of Culture and were all snatched by noon on Tuesday. The National Palace of Culture started selling the tickets on Monday for the price of BGN 10. A limited amount of VIP tickets were available for BGN 20.

Despite their third place in the European Championship in Warsaw, Denkova and Staviski obviously continue to hold a top place in the hearts of the Bulgarians. They will dance on the ice on Sunday under the sounds of the violin of Vasko Vassilev, creative director at the Royal Opera House in London.
