Bulgarians could get European salaries in 2230 at the earliest, Institute for Market Economics survey shows.

The results show that if the pays rise by 5% or 8% annually they will be the same as the European ones respectively in 2080 and in 2043.

The data were presented by Evgenia Georgieva, a representative of Bulgarian employers' confederation during a conference on employment practices.

Georgieva talked about the challenges connected with the controversy over university accreditation, investments in students' training and shortage for skilled labour force.
