Twelve Bulgarian students were awarded scholarships in a competition prizing the young talents in the art field on Tuesday.

The competition was held for the second time by "Gallery of the Bulgarian Talents" fund, jointly established by Todoroff wine cellar, GloBul and M3 Communications Group Inc.

The awards are meant to help talented young artists. The students received scholarships, amounting BGN 2000, which will be paid in equal installments for the course of one academic year.

Eighty students from the National Arts Academy and the National Music Academy took part in the competition. The deans of the two cooperated by organizing preliminary auditions.

"With this annual competition we do not just support our talents, but also we wish to follow up their creative development and their appearances in our country and abroad," said Mr. Ivan Todorov, manager of Wine Cellar Todoroff.

"For a second consecutive year we participate in this magnificent initiative, which perfectly reflects the GloBul corporate philosophy of giving a chance and supporting the young talents in Bulgaria," said GloBul CEO Thanasis Katsiroubas.

The 12th scholarship was granted to the nineteen years old violinist Radoslav Nenchev, student in the master class of Professor Mincho Minchev the New Bulgarian University. The young violinist has accomplished master classes with AP Nikolay Lalov and Professor Oleh Krysa, USA.

The works of all students, who participated in the competition, will be displayed in Gallery "Academy" of the National Academy of fine arts.

Bulgarian GSM operator GloBul, leading PR company M3 Communications Group, Inc. and the Todoroff Wine Cellar established The Gallery of Bulgarian Talents Fund for supporting fine arts students in July 2006.
