A retro tram was spotted in Sofia's streets on Sunday.

Sofia's Municipality set the tram in motion in order to celebrate the 108th anniversary of the vehicles in Bulgaria. The first trams were launched on December 1, 1898.

The longest tramline in Sofia is the one connecting the capital's Knyazhevo district and the railway station.

To add to the Christmas mood of Sofia's citizens, girls dressed as Santa Clause's assistants gave small prizes and smiles to passengers.
