A suicide bomber attacked Sunday a restaurant in southeastern Afghanistan, killing seven people and injuring another 20. The restaurant, located in Paktika province, was completely destroyed, said provincial governor Mohammad Akram Akhpelwak.The attacker was believed to be targeting an Afghan special forces commander and a district chief who were at the restaurant at that time and were among the 20 injured.Suicide bombings in Afghanistan have increased drastically for the last, NATO commanders report. Data shows by the middle of November a total of 97 suicide bombings occurred, leaving dead 217 people.
