Bulgaria: Teenagers' Sun Beer

As I was going to work today enjoying the sun an ugly view clouded my good mood. A group of teenagers from the neighbourhood school were also taking pleasure in the nice weather but with two-litre bottles of beer to keep them company. This is a further proof traditions are no longer what they used to be. Apparently, the old practice of children using their breaks to have a bite and chat to friends is no longer considered fashionable. Now they prefer to get tipsy probably in order to bring some colour to their life, which they obviously don't find amusing enough despite all the innovations in the education system. And Minister Valchev has worked so hard to make kids' life at school easier and better. Especially by launching never-leading-to-anything campaigns or making never-meaning-anything statements. I wonder where the flaw could be...
