One of the best cooks at Sofia-based Radisson SAS Hotel swept a basket of medals and the Kremlin Culinary Cup in a hot international rivalry.

Yuri Dimov, who is of Ukrainian origin, amazed the organizers, jury and guests in Moscow with his artistic masterpieces carved of fruit and vegetables.

Dimov won the bronze medal in the Artistic Fruit and Vegetable Carving contest, offering fantasies made of pumpkin, papaya, watermelon and many more.
