Thousands of Sofia youngsters gathered Sunday at the city's Batenberg Square to see live some of the hottest stars from all over Europe.

Music channel City TV teamed up with mobile operator Mtel in celebrating the TV's first birthday and the launch of the Vodafone Live service. Hours before the concert buses were already packed with excited students, rushing to get a place closer to stage where stars from Belgium, Sweden, Romania the UK and Russia.

Controversial Nato, Danzel, Sylver and Clea were just some of the stars who shared the stage in the 2-hour long concert that ended with a magnificent fireworks display. Hit Bulgarian rap trio Upsurt, and local favorites Mastilo, Lilana and Lily Yoncheva, also shared the stage with some of hottest international appearances on the air like Akcent, Elize, September and Velvet.

Swedish blond September inflated the crowd with the news that her mother is half Bulgarian, and promised to visit some family members during her first visit to the country.
