Sofia's music lovers had the opportunity to see for free six of their favourite Bulgarian underground bands live on Monday evening. The event was ironically named One Day Overground, revealing organizers' idea to take their music out of basements and dingy clubs.

More than 2500 music fans attended the concert at the Soviet Army Monument. The place is a well know Sofia gathering spot for the lovers of extreme sports - bikers and skaters mainly, and has often been scene of various festivals.

Fans grooved with their idols from Propaganda, Fyeld, eX, A.S.A.P., Kuln and Sepuko 6. The featured music styles were alternative rock, metal and crossover.

The surprise of the concert was that all six bands performed songs featuring Bulgarian folklore motives using typical musical instruments. Organizers said this helped them get financial help from Sofia Municipality and a nice way to try out something new in their music as well.
