The meetings are scheduled for Monday and the changes could be enforced from next weekend. The changes are likely to mean bulky items, including musical instruments, will be allowed as carry-on baggage. Several restrictions would probably remain, including a ban on liquids being carried on board planes. The limitations were imposed after last month's alleged plot to blow up US-bound planes flying out of London.
