A piece of plastic art, gift to all Bulgarian journalists, was officially inaugurated in front of the office of the state-run Bulgarian News Agency in Sofia late on Tuesday.

Representatives from all media, the Bulgarian Media Coalition, and many other professional journalistic organizations attended the event, part of a campaign for free speech and objective journalism that runs under the motto "The truth about the feather".

Stavri Kalinov, a Bulgarian artist whose fine arts have been exhibited in halls all around the world, is the author of the plastic that is 280 centimeters in height and 200 kilos in weight.

The three-color plastic is made of platinum bronze, and the tips of the three feathers are gold-plated.
