Football Vs. Politics

By Petya Bondokova

Football makes a lot of noise. It brings many friends to one's home, they eat, drink, and leave a mess after leaving. On the next day, neighbors knit their brows when you walk past them...But you never appreciate a good thing until it's gone! Now that there only two games left, we Bulgarians have no other choice but to switch to political passion: the Presidential election campaign. And the best reasons why football is better than politics suddenly hit me:

In football, players don't switch sides during the game.

There is a referee to end broils before they get boring.

Football players look better than most politicians.

You can tell exactly at what time a football fight ends.

You can switch the channel anytime if the game's unexciting. You can only replace your President once in five years if you don't like him anymore.
