About 35,000 Bulgarian die-hard fans of new wave megastars Depeche Mode saw a dream come true Wednesday evening.

Depeche Mode craze in Bulgaria peaked in late January with huge crowds flocking to booking offices as ticket sale was launched. Tickets cost between BGN 27.5 and BGN 55 (between EUR 14 and EUR 28).
Organizers of the upcoming concert promised the first person who bought a ticket will have a face-to-face meeting with the new wave stars.
Depeche Mode are playing to more than two and a half million people across 31 countries during the "Touring The Angel" 2005/6 World Tour, promoting "Playing The Angel" album.
A total of 150 people from the technical staff and a catering-team of 50 people will take care of the comfort of the three mega stars during their stay in Sofia.
The Bulgarian organizers announced that the massive stage for the performance is already constructed.
Large tents were built behind the stage to host the kitchen and the restaurant. There are 150kg of ice and fresh juices as well as fruits and vegetables - broccoli, zucchinis, onion, potatoes and carrots. Different sort of cheese and meat are also be provided for the band.
