US President George Bush started Wednesday a brief visit to Vienna, where the annual US-EU summit is taking place. European Union leaders and Bush will focus on the dispute over Iran's nuclear intentions, Iraq, trade, and a host of other issues. European leaders' major concern is the Iraq war, which has been aggravated by a host of other complaints: the US detention center for terror suspects at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba; allegations of abuse at the Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq; the reported existence of secret CIA prisons worldwide. Austrian Chancellor Wolfgang Schuessel, whose country currently holds the EU presidency, is hosting this summit.
