Pupils from two Sofia schools pooled in creative imagination and organisation skills to stage a charity concert for a kid mutilated in a severe road accident.

A pageant of stars responded to the idea stepping on the stage of the National Palace of Culture Tuesday evening to raise funds for 7-year-old Moniцa. In 2004 she lost both her parents and a sister in a heavy accident on the Hemus Highway, remaining herself one-legged and with numerous bruises.

A life-saving operation in Germany in 2005 has given the girl hope for returning closer to normal life, but she will need several more surgical interventions for it.

Popular Bulgarian bands, such as Spence, Xteam, Ice Cream, Mastilo, Slang, Beloslava, Alfredo, Grafa, the Diva Ballet, etc.
