Young nationalists announced plans to take on a rally this week in Pazardzhik to protest against the lingering police work into a double murder.

Resolved to flag slogans preaching "No holiday until the children's killers are free", the youth of the Bulgarian National Union will stroll through the town, paying tribute to the victims at sites they were seen last alive.

Teenage sisters Kristina, 15, and 18-year-old Rositsa were found brutally murdered in January. Initial investigation said the two girls were raped and then killed with stones, their faces being disfigured by the brutal hits.

Since then police has extended several times the deadline for wrapping up the investigation, the latest to be until the end of July.

By far, the case is initiated against an unknown assaulter and there is no suspect for the vicious act.
