A new Bulgarian beauty contest is on the way to demonstrate that ladies would not necessarily have supermodel 90-60-90 to be attractive.
Popular television hostess Veneta Raykova is organizing Mini Miss Bulgaria 2006, and has set 1.66m as the maximum height for entrants.
The ladies were required to be between 16 and 23 of age.
Their model qualities were assessed by fashion beauty Tsetsi Krassimirova who is making first steps back on the catwalk since being shot down by a stray bullet in December 2003. In the shooting her companion, alleged underworld boss Konstantin Dimitrov dubbed Samokovetsa, was killed.
The mini-miss jury panel will consist of football players - and the latter are known for their affinity for fashion models with perfect body proportions.
The selection took place at the popular Indian-cuisine Taj Mahal, owned by Veneta Raykova's husband, who used to be a Big Brother participant last year.
