The former Serbian president Slobodan Milosevic was not poisoned, according to the UN War Crimes tribunal. The announcement came on the second day that Serbians were filing past his coffin in Belgrade. Milosevic died last weekend at a detention centre near the UN tribunal in The Hague where he was on trial on 66 charges for genocide and war crimes. His coffin has been on display for two days at a museum dedicated to the late communist dictator Tito. Members of Milosevic's Socialist Party, which organised the burial arrangements after Serbian authorities refused a state funeral, had kept vigil overnight. They stood by the casket with a large, framed colour photograph of Milosevic alongside. The use of the Museum of Revolution has been criticised by opposition and pro-democracy groups. They have accused Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica's government of working behind the scenes to ensure Milosevic was honoured. He is to be buried on Saturday, 3 p.m. at a family estate in his hometown of Pozarevac.
