US AMBO INTERESTED IN PIPELINE

US AMBO Corporation is ready to invest in the construction of the Burgas-Vlyora oil pipeline, Corporation`s CEO Edward Fergusson, said after a meeting with Vice PM and Economy Minister Petar Jotev. The project, together with financial analyses on the facility was presented at the talks. The 900 km long pipe connecting Bulgarian port of Burgas with the Albanian of Vlyora, can be built in 3 years, Mr Fergusson stated. Its capacity is 35 M tonnes of oil per year. Construction costs are estimated at $ 1.13 Bln. Bulgaria could profit $ 70 M per year from port fees.
