Over 40 events will be organized in Bulgaria to mark the Year of Mozart, the Austrian Embassy announced.
A total of 33 concerts, five master classes, three contests, two discussions and an exhibition will be organized in Bulgaria to celebrate Mozart's 250th birthday this year, Nina Chilova, honorary ambassador for Mozart's Year in Bulgaria announced.

Classical music enthusiasts around the globe are set to celebrate one of the world's greatest composers, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, born in Salzburg, on January 27, 1756. The world is celebrating the 250th anniversary of the great composer's birth with events being staged throughout the year.
In Salzburg alone, some 700 concerts and related events will be held. Local stages are also booked with concerts as a tribute to the musical prodigy.
