Bulgaria's Education Minister Daniel Vulchev awarded Friday three Bulgarian scientists for their great achievements.

Iliya Pashev from the Bulgarian Academy of Science was awarded for his "Unique contribution for the science." Pashev works in the field of molecular biology.

Docent doctor Stoycho Yazadzhiev, from the Physics Faculty of Sofia University "Saint Kliment Ohridski" received the "Young scientist" award.

Assistant Albena Yordanova from Sofia Medical University was awarded with the "Women in science" prize.
