Blast Rocks Offices In Istanbul

An explosion was reported at an office block in Istanbul, but reportedly it did not cause injuries, police said. The blast, in the historic Eyup district of the city, was believed to have been caused by accident. Islamic militants, far-left radicals and Kurdish separatists have carried out several bomb attacks in Turkey. A bomb attack on the British consulate in November 2003 and HSBC bank killed more than 70 people.
