Bulgarian violin master Vassko Vassilev and the Royal Opera, London, might represent Bulgaria as it enters the European Union.

Vassilev shared with Prime Minister Sergey Stanishev Wednesday his plans to prepare a major music spectacle celebrating the entry into the bloc.

The violin virtuoso wants the show to be a co-production with the Royal Opera, and the music will be written by his loved one Pamela Nicholson.

Stanishev has embraced the idea, his press office said.
