India's President Abdul Kalam expressed his concern with a service offered by Internet search engine Google, that shows detailed satellite photos of many world cities. The program that started in June could provide easy intelligence to terrorists, Kalam said, afraid that fanatics could use the detailed images to research potential targets. Most of the highest-resolution photos show cities from developing countries that are most threatened by terrorist attacks, Kalam explained. South Korea, Thailand and The Netherlands have also expressed alarm by Google's service.
