Japan's trade attache in Bulgaria has been enjoying the local golf opportunities, and even won a tournament, it emerged Monday.

Endo Sadatsugo outrivaled all participants of the Todoroff Golf Cup 2005, organizers announced.

The challenge, held by the Todoroff cellar of boutique wines, has earned Sadatsugo a special selection of rare wines. He also won a golfing vacation in Alicante, Spain.

The rest of the participants, despite losing to their Japanese mate, have also had a good time during the tournament. Todoroff treated them with a wine that was especially blended for the contest - the Todoroff Golf Challenge.

There were only 2,000 bottles of the precious elixir.
