No buyers attented the tender for Rodina Prinitng House office space in Sofia, nerby the airport. The price of DEM 7 M announced by the Privatization Agency was accepted by 3 companies, but none came to participate at the open tender today. Rodina is a large printing house with a nice newly built office space building, which stays empty for a couple of years already. It might turn to the biggest business center in the city if an investor is found. Until the end of the week new tender will be announced, Levon Hampartzoumyan, Privatization Agency director said.
