Pop folk singer Tony Dacheva was held captive after refusing to perform at a concert in southern Bulgaria.

Dacheva and one person from her team were held captive at a bar near the Lobosh dam. The two ladies were kidnapped by three men that were later arrested.

The incident took place after a financial argument. The three men claimed that Dacheva was paid to perform 6 songs, but she only sang two. On Sunday morning they held the pop folk singer urging her to stay and sing Sunday night at the bar.

After a police raid the two ladies were released.

An investigation has been launched into the case.
