Bulgarian Archeologists Equipped with Japanese Apparatus

The laboratory of the National Archeological Museum received equipment worth USD 375,000 as a Japanese donation.

Deputy PM and Foreign Minister Ivailo Kalfin and Japanese Ambassador to Bulgaria Koichiro Fukui will exchange Monday notes for the donation granted by the Japanese government.

Since 1991, Bulgarian institutions have received Japanese donations at the cost of nearly USD 6 M in the field of culture, education, sports and media, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
