The Apollonia art festival, which was inaugurated September 1, continues in full speed.

The coastal town of Sozopol has now become Bulgaria's culture capital. More than 50 performances of drama, literature, classic music, pop and jazz will be presented to the guests.

The night of September 3 will be remembered by all guests as Bulgarian rap band Upsurt along with pop and jazz singers Beloslava and Galya threw a major performance, causing a real furore on the third day of the event. Immediately after them jazz performer Arabel Karayan was called three times for encores.

Another famous Bulgarian performer Maria Ilieva also staged a great show for all art lovers. Maria Ilieva along with pop band Te (They), singers Vassil Petrov and Grafa thrilled the audience.

One of the surprises of the art forum would be the appearance of the Dutch jazz - formation Fried Angel Fish, to perform on September 7. Art lovers will also see Bulgarian stars Shturtsite, Gravity Co, and others.

Arts Fest "Apollonia' is the biggest art festival to be hosted in Bulgaria.
