Opposition Wins Albania Poll, Berisha is PM

Albania's opposition led by Sali Berisha was declared winner in the latest parliamentary elections. Berisha, 60, is now set to take the premier post, after being Albania's President over 1992-1997. The announcement of election results was delayed by several weeks because of more than 300 challenges to local results made to the Central Election Commission.
