A series of massive explosions have rocked New Orleans riverfront as the city was to welcome President George Bush, according to reports of Sky News. The cause of the explosions was not immediately known. President Bush is under mounting criticism because of the lack of aid and the amount of time it is taking to evacuate the stranded after some 80% of the city remained under water. Conditions in the city are deteriorating with possibly thousands of bodies rotting in the floodwaters. Millions of people are without power and hundreds of thousands have been left homeless.
