Pope Meets Muslim Leaders in Germany

Pope Benedict XVI held Saturday a meeting with Muslim leaders in Germany. He appealed to the Muslim leaders to help fight terrorism, and stressed on their "great responsibility" to educate the young. The Pontiff is on a four-day visit to his home country. On Friday, he became the first Pope to visit a German synagogue, that in Cologne. Benedict XVI also held meetings with Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder and opposition leader Angela Merkel on Saturday morning.
