Sesil Karatantcheva, the surprise quarterfinalist at the French Open with an upset win over Venus Williams, hasn't gotten much bounce out of Paris, the US newspaper Sun Sentinel wrote on Sunday.

The article also reported that she's only 4-4 since, with three losses to Japanese players -- two in Fed Cup and Friday to Ai Sugiyama in the quarters at Carlsbad, California.

Sesil, who turns 16 on Monday, reached the quarterfinals in the US grand tournament quarterfinals in San Diego, California. In the quarterfinals she was defeated Japan's Ai Sugiyama.
