London Bomb Suspect "Had No Terror Link"

One of the men suspected of trying to bomb the London transport system on 21 July had no links to large terrorist organisations, Italian police believe. Officers in Rome said Ethiopian-born Osman Hussain, also known as Hamdi Isaac, 27, had lied about his background to gain a UK passport. Italian judges have two months to decide whether he should be extradited. Meanwhile, police in the UK are maintaining a high-profile security operation in case of another attack.
