Bulgaria's resorts topped German newspaper Bild's ranking of the world's safest vacation spots.

Bulgaria's resorts are safe in terms of terrorist attacks, wrote the German newspaper. Croatia, Bulgaria, France, Greece, Slovenia and Russia have been pictured in green on the map of Europe, indicating these are the safest places to go for your holidays.

Italy and Spain have been pictured in gray as a sign of possible terror attacks. Serbia and Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania and the European part of Turkey have been presented as yellow spots to indicate a high level of committed crimes.
