Bulgarian Film Honored at World Fest

A Bulgarian-Turkish film project won the Audience Award of the Palic Inetrnational Film festival in Serbia and Montenegro.

"Stolen Eyes", directed by Bulgaria's Radoslav Spasov, is based on a story that was co-written by eminent journalist Neri Terzieva.

Last month, young actress Vessela Kazakova swept the Silver Saint George Best Actress Award at the 27th Moscow International Film Festival for her play in "Stolen Eyes." The co-production of Bulgaria and Turkey was competing against films from 20 countries.
