Spain Set to Back Gay Marriage

Spain's lower house of parliament is expected to vote for a second time in favour of legalising gay marriage. The move will overrule last week's rejection of the bill by the upper house, the Senate. The bill will then become a law in a month's time, making Spain Europe's third nation after the Netherlands and Belgium to allow same sex marriages.
