Bulgaria's striker Martin Petrov will surely join Atletico Madrid, the team chief Tomi Munoz announced.

In Munoz' words the Wolfsburg striker will join his new team after some details in the contract are negotiated. Petrov will be joined in Atletico by Real Zaragoza's Luciano Galletti.

Last week Munoz confirmed his team's interest in signing Bulgarian pair Martin Petrov and Dimitar Berbatov, saying that "at the moment Petrov is a more likely arrival and when we close one deal we will then go for the other."
