Australian Barbeque First Time in Sofia

This summer, for the first time in Sofia, Seasons Restaurant & Terrace at Hilton Sofia offers superb range of BBQ specialties from the land of the Great Barrier Reef, Uluru and the Tasmanian Wilderness.

Australian appetizers and salads, prepared by Executive Chef Andre Tokev, can be selected from a lavishly laden trolley.

The vegetarian offerings include grilled polenta with shiitake mushrooms and truffle oil, grilled Panzanella and potatoes with pesto mayonnaise.

Seafood lovers can indulge in Australian grilled salmon and swordfish medallions, grilled sea bass with marinated limes, devil squid and grilled half lobster.

Grilled crocodile tail with orange sweet pepper salad is the signature dish of the Australian-flavoured Barbeque at Seasons Terrace.

Poultry & meat Barbeque temptations are also on the menu. Among the tempting desserts are the Australian passion fruit tart, grilled fruit of the day with or pineapple tartin with coconut ice cream.
