The fans of Levski FC were invited Sunday at a venue to discuss the possible moves of the club's management to acquire disputable state-owned facilities.
Levski's owners that the Sofia-based Rakovski stadium is granted them on a 35-year concession, including an option for 15-year extension.
The restitution in the 90s skipped the restoration of private estate rights on sports facilities, said Todor Batkov, chairman of Levski's Supervisory Council. Therefore we insist on that concession as compensation for non-privatised property of the club, Batkov added.
He announced Levski's managers are negotiating an investment of GBP 5 M with a company that is a strategic partner of FIFA.
The Sunday meeting was attended by all members of the management and supervisory council, veteran and current players, coaches and many fans.
