Ingredients:
1 container sour cream
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and squeezed dry
1 package vegetable soup mix
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350°C. In medium bowl, blend all ingredients. Spoon into shallow baking dish. Sprinkle, if desired, with additional Parmesan cheese. Bake 35 minutes or until edges are golden brown and bubbling. Serve with crackers.
You can prepare this delicious dip in a microwave oven as well. In this case, use a medium bowl to blend all ingredients. Spoon into microwavable dish. Microwave at HIGH 3 minutes. Stir and microwave an additional 3 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
