Bulgaria's Best Racket Climbs WTA

The best tennis player of Bulgaria Maggie Maleeva has returned to Top 30 of WTA ranking with a leap of five seeds compared to last week when she was 32th.

Now the 30-aged Bulgarian veteran stands at 27th place with a basket of 971 points just between Francesca Schiavone of Italy and Karolina Sprem of Croatia.

The young hopeful of Bulgarian tennis Sesil KaratanTcheva has also moved upwards now being placed at No. 100 with a total of 366.25 points.

In the first round of the Telecom Masters in Rome this week, Maggie will meet No. 25 in the world Ai Sugiyama of Japan. The last tournament before the French Open has a purse of USD 1.3 M.
