Kim Milton Nielsen of Denmark has been appointed referee at the World Cup Qualifier between Bulgaria and Croatia scheduled at June 4 in Sofia.

The Danish referee who is topping both FIFA and UEFA's ranks will be assisted at Sofia's National Stadium by his country fellows Joergen Jespen and Torben Jensen. Fourth official will be Erik Knud Fisker.

The 44-aged Nielsen is one of the most experienced referees in the world of football. The referee, born in Copenhagen, has been appointed for international games since 1998. At 1.96m tall, the Dane is able to control matches with his natural authority.
